“Treehouse” Amenity

Caledonia Summit in Browns Point

CT Engineering would like to recognize and thank Charlie Griffes, Sarah Gehrke, and Mike Arlint for their excellent work on the Caledonia Summit project. For their work, CT Engineering was presented with an Excellence In Concrete Construction Award in the category of Architectural / Artistic – Residential. The project, located in Browns Point, WA, required a large contemporary style great room tucked under a nearly 100-year-old Tudor estate with zero impact to the existing historical structures. Additionally, a concrete structure was designed and built into the existing 45-foot-high cliff for housing boats.

CT Engineering would like to thank the Washington Aggregates and Concrete Association for our inclusion in the 2018 EIC Awards Program and all who worked together on this fine project.
