A mixed-use and condominium project of six elevated floors, and four floors of underground parking on a very tight site. Structure consisted of post-tensioned concrete floors with concrete shearwalls, and structural steel framing at the mezzanine. Gross area is 70,000sft. Jack was project manager and performed designed, coordination and communication functions.
