This residential apartment project consisted of five stories of wood framed construction over two levels of post-tension concrete parking levels. The architect was Baylis architects. Gross building area was about 75,800sft with 72 living units and 71 parking spaces. We also designed the temporary shoring required to excavate down to foundation level – steel soldier pile with wood lagging and tiebacks at some locations. Estimated construction cost was $10.2mil.
